Daniel 6:1-28, 2 Peter 3:1-18, Psalms 119:129-152, Proverbs 28:21-22
Today is the 29th day of November welcome to the Daily Audio Bible I am Brian it is fantastic to be here with you today as we collectively reach out together and throw open the threshold and walk into this brand-new shiny sparkly week. And man, before for this week is out we will be in a brand-new shiny sparkly month and it will be the last of the months of the year, which means it’ll be the last of the months on our journey for this year. Even though this journey never really ends, this particular revolution around the sun will. We of course, aren’t there but that’s what’s going on and that’s what’s gonna happen in the course of the next couple of days. So, let’s pay attention to that. Let’s understand that even as we switch into a new month and even as things do continue to get busy that it’s a shiny sparkly new week and it is a week that we will write the story of our lives upon and we get to pick how we’re gonna do that. And, so, let's…let’s be wise and let’s heed the voice of wisdom at every crossroads, and let’s continue our rhythm as we move through the Scriptures together. So, we got a brand-new week. We’re gonna read from the Christian Standard Bible this week. And we’ll do what we always do. We’ll pick up right where we left off yesterday, which leads us back into the book of Daniel. Today Daniel chapter 6.
Prayer:
Father, we thank You for this brand-new shiny sparkly week. We thank You that we get 52 of these every year, that we get all kinds of opportunity to understand that every day is a new beginning. And, yeah, we pile up things and there are repercussions and we do reap what we sow but every day is an opportunity to make the next right step and listen to the voice of wisdom and continually stack up days that makes sense instead of days that lead us further into a tornado of chaos. So, we are thankful for the rhythm of life that You have provided if we would slow down and simply observe the fact that You have created rhythms and everything, if we will observe them. And, so, we observe the fact that here we are at the beginning of another week. And it’s all out there untouched. We haven’t put a single footprint on it and as we look out over it we see our desperate need to navigate it You, that You would lead us into and through this new week and that we would follow You. Come Holy Spirit we pray. In the name of Jesus, we ask. Amen.

I heard your prayer request and it was such a…a ha rejoice when you heard your voice. You’ve got like a radio voice and it’s real pleasant to listen to. And, so, I’m praying in Jesus’ name for your job, your employment to…to be found and to be steady, that you’re paid wages that are worthy of the worker, that you worthy of the wages that you paid and you be paid well in Jesus’ name, you have favor and you’ll be a blessing to others, as you bless others you shall be blessed. And you are a blessing because Jesus lives inside of you brother. So, it was great to hear your voice. It’s been a long time. I haven’t heard it in a while and I really appreciate you. And you mentioned Annette Allison and Tony. Man, the people that listen to this and share are blessed, truly blessed people. And, you know, I…I don’t know if you realize but the prayers at the end right? When you go through the Bible before you get to the end. And the Bible will filter out a lot of the folks who aren’t serious about prayer. Hi this is Pamela from Pennsylvania and first I want to thank Brian and his family and China, everyone that’s involved in this podcast, the extended family around the world that we all get to lift up in prayer. And I want to talk with…I want to pray for the woman from I believe Britain, God’s Smile I think she says her name from October 12th. I understand your pain and I have had lupus for almost 20 years which is very painful, migraines multiple times a week, just immobilizing pain throughout my entire body. And the medications do help some, but they all have side effects. But I understand where you are. God has been healing me and I feel so blessed. And He will heal every one of us, if not while we’re walking on this earth then the day we meet him. We will be dancing in heaven. So, I am lifting you up God’s Smile in prayer and thinking of you often. God love you. Bye-bye.
Hi everyone, it’s Lisa the Encourager. I want to pray for everyone out there who is struggling with fear. And I just want to share this song with you and the lyrics of the song, and I hope it will speak to someone. When he told you you’re not good enough, when he told you you’re not right, when he told you you’re not strong enough to put up a good fight, when he told you you’re not worthy, when he told you you’re not loved, when he told you you’re not beautiful that you’ll never be enough fear he is a liar. He will take your breath he will stop you in your steps. Fear he is a liar. He will rob your rest, steal your happiness. Cast your fear in the fire. Cast your fear he is a liar. Fear is keeping them from others. Please God help them with their fear. Help them to turn it over to You Lord. Help them to no longer believe the big lie that You’re not there protecting them, watching over them, and taking care of them every day and loving them and telling them that they are beautiful and telling them that they are worthy God. Hi, my name is Leah and I live in Kansas City. We are going to a lot of life change right now trying to get out of debt and sell our house and mov into a travel trailer. And we have three kids and it’s just a lot right now and just praying that with everything going on in the world that it…that it’s what God wants us to do.
