Today is the 21st day of May welcome to the Daily Audio Bible I am Brian and it is wonderful to be here with you today as we greet another shiny sparkly week and launch into it together. It’s all out in front of us and thankfully we have the guidance of the Scriptures to lead our steps forward. And, so, let’s walk with boldness and gratitude into this week together that we get to live and write the stories of our lives on. And let’s take the next step forward together. This week we’ll read from The Voice translation. And picking up where we left off, first Samuel chapters 29, 30, and 31 today.
Prayer:
Father, we thank You for Your word and for this brand-new week to live under its shadow and in its guidance. And we ask Holy Spirit that You would lead us. And even as we have finished the book of first Samuel today and prepare tomorrow to go into some new territory. Come Jesus lead us deeper and deeper into the truth so that this is what we see, and we see clearly what is false. Lead us into the truth we pray in Your name. Amen.
