Jeremiah 30:1-31:26, 1 Timothy 2:1-15, Psalms 87:1-7, Proverbs 25:18-19
Today is the 17th day of October welcome to the Daily Audio Bible I’m Brian it is great to be here with you as we put the finishing touches on another one of our weeks together. And, yeah, we’re just moving along, and we will continue this journey every single day all the way until we dock on the other shore having spent an entire year together. And then we’ll grab some…well some stuff, whatever we for the journey and start over again. But this is where we are. And, so, we’re in the book of Jeremiah in the Old Testament and we’re reading to first Timothy in the New. We’re reading from the New International version this week, which is today. Jeremiah chapter 30 verse 1 through 31 verse 26.
Prayer:
Father, we thank You for Your word. We thank You for bringing us successfully through another week. We are grateful. It is kind of our custom to get to the end of the week and just acknowledge it, that You have brought us through, that we’re here, that You’ve spoken to us, that You continue to speak to us, that You speak to us in profoundly comforting ways, and then You speak to us in profoundly challenging ways. Like a Father You are Fathering us, You are leading us. And we pray Holy Spirit that we become more and more aware of Your guidance and leadership in our lives. We pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
